Blueberry Pie Bake-Off at Evergreen Brick Works'.


 

Are you a fantastic pie maker? Do you love blueberries? We want you to enter your pie into our Blueberry Pie Bake-Off! Anyone can participate!

Prizes: (more details/categories to come): Two tickets to the Fourth Annual Picnic at the Brick Works (value $120 each), Evergreen Brick Works Farmers’ Market Dollars, gift certificates for some of our Farmers’ Market vendors, aCanadian Gardening magazine subscription, Canadian Living’s latest BBQ cookbook and lots more!

Bake-Off Rules:

  1. Pie must be 9″ or larger.
  2. Pie must be entirely made by the participant, from scratch and be brought to the Wild Blueberry Festival on Sunday, August 15th.
  3. Pie must contain blueberries as main ingredient.
  4. Participant must provide the recipe on the day of the Bake-Off.

Please let us know by sending us an email to ebw@evergreen.ca. Please state your name, name of your pie, whether you’re a professional or amateur baker, and we’ll send you more details. Please include: “Wild Blueberry Festival” in the subject line. We can’t wait to hear from you.
